Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot automatic vacuum and mop-mop combinations can be customised using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your home and create cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also adjust the suction power, and how much water your mop uses.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate around rooms. An obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid running over furniture, wires, or stray toys. These features are essential in my home that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, is loaded with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even lift its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pets plants, small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum we've test so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its location, preventing it getting stuck on a surface.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also has a mop lifter system that will lift the pad automatically as it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. It is only necessary to replenish the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop- and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. The number of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this auto vacuum and mop if you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum. The high price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that gyrate. It also has a smart, app-enabled controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it performed well across all areas of the house, removing 98.4% of debris on all types of floors and able to lift hair that is long without knots. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's real highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag for dirt, fills up the tank with water to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its smart controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.

robot-vacuum-mops-logo-text-black-png-original.jpgThe L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris when compared to the other hybrid mop I tried. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads that are sold separately also require replacement every few months.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum mop and robotic vacuum you can find, its high purchase cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a wish rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic vacuum and mop that will clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors while cleaning up wet mess, then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combination has a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It comes with a roller-mop that is self-cleaning, making it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is almost the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of clean Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. As it rotates the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements and empty into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard can hold a substantial amount of water and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box, just like most other robotic vacuums and mops. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is a simple task within the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. If you opt for this option however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning products.

Like most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple times on larger pile carpets and rugs in my tests, but this may be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum mop cleaner robot. However, it still offers some impressive features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a good bit of an area before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing debris and pet hair on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is complex, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can clean manually all areas that are mapped by this device, or select individual rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just as all Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system is reliable that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a neat manner. Its 'Normal" pathing setting covers a room well, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, but it's not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able identify smaller objects like electrical wires or rug tassels.

This device has a major flaw: it does not include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app has an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of each vacuuming session. The mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and dirt that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition and can help the robot vacuum that vacuums and mops get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
