Their flagship vehicle is the EV Star Cab & Chassis platform, which can be used to accommodate various body designs and upgrades for a variety of applications. The platform's clean sheet design approach allows for the optimal placement of battery packs and a lower center of gravity resulting in higher payload to range ratios.

The EV Star REEFERX was developed for mid-to-last mile refrigerated deliveries and Green Electric Scooter catering applications. The refrigerated trucks of class 4 have a single interior Powered Mobility scooter wall structure and a higher insulation level than conventional trucks, allows for seamless sanitation and better temperature control. They also have a longer lifespan. The EV Star REEFERX offers superior capacity for cargo and a top payload to range ratio that is ideal for zero-emission goods and passenger transportation.

GreenPower has collaborated with Perrone Robotics to up-fit the EV Star with their TONY (To Navigate You) autonomous vehicle system. This will allow fleets to seamlessly transition to autonomous vehicles. The AV Star will also be able of wireless charging at 75 kW.

We were able to test drive the EV9 on the local highway for a few hours, and found it to be easy to drive, and comfortable to drive long distances. The EV9 can block road noise and wind while on the highway. It rides smoothly over bumps and ruts. The vehicle's acceleration is surprising fast, and it comes with adjustable regenerative brakes to enable "one-pedal driving" simply by releasing the accelerator.

The EV9 has excellent range and can be fully charged within three hours at home, or using any commercial charger. Drivers can choose between two operating modes that include eco mode and sports mode. Eco mode focuses on torque and cruise control and the sport mode increases speed and handling. Both modes are enjoyable to drive, and offer a unique experience for those who haven't been in a vehicle with an electrical system before.

GreenPower offers several other eVehicles, including a multipurpose all-electric minibus dubbed the EV Star. The EV Star is ADA-compliant and can be used for executive shuttles, power electric Scooter transit or microtransit buses, vanpools, or paratransit vehicles.

GreenPower produces approximately 10 EV Star busses a month for Jacksonville Transit Authority. The Jacksonville Transit Authority is replacing their older diesel vehicles fleet with 100 all-green electric scooter cars. With the Biden Administration aiming to electrify school buses across the country, GreenPower plans on ramping production to meet demand. Their EV Star bus is the first of its kind to be tested in Altoona and FMVSS-certified. Buy America compliant and ADA compliant. This will make them eligible for federal transit grants.
